At Fola International Market, we process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.  

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.  

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
